Even with the Samsung Galaxy S26 series expected in early 2026, early reports have already surfaced about the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s core specifications. Leaks from sources including GalaxyClub and the well-known tipster UniverseIce suggest that the S26 Ultra may retain the same battery capacity as its predecessor while featuring enhanced energy efficiency and faster charging.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging. According to UniverseIce, the S26 Ultra will continue using a 5,000mAh battery but with improved energy density, allowing for a more compact battery module. While charging speed improvements have been hinted at, details remain limited.

In terms of the main camera, GalaxyClub reports that the S26 Ultra may keep the 200MP resolution found in the S25 Ultra. However, it’s not yet confirmed whether a new sensor will be introduced or if Samsung will continue using the current one.

Samsung has not issued any official comment regarding the Galaxy S26 series. The company typically unveils its flagship Galaxy S devices during the first quarter of the year.
